I have had a lifelong love of both animals and photography. Some of my earliest memories are of my brother and me throwing balls over our neighbor's fence so my German Shepherd would retrieve them. We would wait, cameras in hand, for his spectacular return leap over the fence. I've been training dogs and shooting images ever since.

I love to capture a special moment in time and freeze it in my memory forever. Photography is the perfect medium to allow that to be done. It is my own passion of animals that prompted me to focus my work on them. Our animals fill such a huge gap in our lives - it is unthinkable to me not to have my memories of them saved forever.
